The app your team signs in to now carries the StackGo brand, while clients still see IdentityCheck when they verify.

IdentityCheck is now part of StackGo. On 23 October the app your team signs in to moved to the StackGo look: StackGo colours and type, the StackGo name in the header and tab, and charts, forms and buttons restyled to match.

Nothing about how you work has changed. Your settings, checks, forms and integrations are where they were, and the sign-in address is the same.

What your clients see stays the same too. Verification pages and onboarding forms keep the IdentityCheck look, because that is the name your clients know when they verify.

The first time you sign in you will see a short note, Welcome to our new look. Open What's changed for a summary and a link to each of the five workflows: Intake, Verify, Screen, Assess and Monitor.

Open it in the app: Sign in and take a look

stackgo.io is rebuilt around the five workflows, with integration pages and walkthrough videos, regulation guides and a dark mode.

On 23 October stackgo.io moved to a new site. It is organised around the five workflows (Intake, Verify, Screen, Assess and Monitor), so you can see which steps you run and which you add when AML applies.

What you will find:

Integration pages for the systems you already use, with an illustrated setup and a short walkthrough video on many of them.

Regulation guides, including a Tranche 2 section that explains what the AML/CTF reforms ask of accountants, lawyers, real estate agents and the other newly regulated businesses.

Dark mode. The site follows your device setting, and the switch in the header changes it.

Since launch we have added a HubSpot setup guide (27 October) and a watch page for each walkthrough video (28 October).

Step-by-step guide: Find the setup for your system

Each form can now carry your logo, accent colour, background and font, and your public intake page can show your logo.

Your clients fill in your forms before they verify their identity, so those forms are the first thing they see from you. Each form can now look like it comes from your firm.

Your colours, font and background. The form builder's Themes tab sets an accent colour, background, font and corner style for each form. The accent colour also tints the page around the form.

Your logo. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP of up to 64KB, or paste a link, in the Designer tab under Survey logo.

Your public intake page. Give the page where new clients start their own check its own logo, in Tranche 2 settings.

Branding is set on each form, so brand every form your clients see, such as your consent and intake form. The step where your client photographs their ID and takes a selfie keeps the IdentityCheck look, so it is clearly a secure, independent check.

Forms open read-only. Click Edit first, and click the save (disk) icon when you are done: Save Survey for questions and logo, Save Theme for colours and font. Changes go live as soon as you save.

The full guide is in the new Form customisation section of the help centre:

Branding your forms: what you can change and where

Editing a form: click Edit first, then save

Changing a form's colours, font and background

Adding your logo and images to a form

Step-by-step guide: Brand your first form

Tranche 2 firms can now give clients from the public intake link one form and staff-started journeys another.

Until now every Tranche 2 journey used the same intake form. You can now set a different form for two kinds of journey:

Public intake link. Clients who come in through your self-serve link. You don't know these people yet, so this is usually a longer form.

Staff-initiated. Journeys a staff member starts by typing the client in by hand. You already know these clients, so this is usually a shorter form. Scheduled re-verification of an existing client counts as staff-initiated.

Every other journey keeps your main intake form. That includes journeys started by a connected system such as XPM, Karbon or HubSpot, and journeys prefilled from XPM or Pipedrive, because those answers are written back to that system.

Both overrides are off by default, so nothing changes until you turn one on. A client who is past the consent step keeps the form they started with, even if you change the override later.

Open it in the app: Set an intake form for each route

A new Workflows page shows how your IdentityCheck account is set up, end to end, for every way a check can start.

The Workflows page answers the question "how does our setup actually work?" on one screen. It is read only: it shows what the system does today, and nobody can change a workflow from it.

What it shows:

Your setup. Each stage (Intake, Verify, Screen, Assess and Monitor) marked On or Available to switch on.

A card for every way a check can start, such as the AML/KYC command in XPM or FYI, the public intake link, client group onboarding and sending from StackGo.

A diagram for each, from what starts it through each stage to what is written back. Click a step for its detail and a link to the right settings page.

What applies to every workflow: emails, reminders, notifications, team, plan and usage, and connected software.

Everything in your setup in plain language, with secrets masked.

If something should work differently, Request a change on the page raises a ticket that names the workflow.

The Workflows item in the left menu is off by default.
