A native connector, set up once
Tick KYC Command on the client to start a check; the result and a file note land back in FYI.
Connect FYI once from StackGo
A one-off set-up before your first check: connect FYI with an access key from FYI, then create three custom fields. StackGo finishes the set-up with you.
- Install on the FYI Docs card, then paste the Access Key ID and Secret from FYI (Automation, Apps, IdentityCheck).
- Create three custom fields in FYI: KYC Command, KYC Status and Verification Link. We finish the set-up with you.
- Switch on AML checks and create the AML fields in FYI too: AML Command, AML Status and the risk assessment fields. We map them for you.
From a client in FYI to a verified client
Once FYI is connected, your team turns on one field. StackGo emails the client on its next hourly sync, the client verifies on their phone, and the result comes back to the same client in FYI.
- Turn on KYC or AML Command. On the client’s Custom Fields tab in FYI.
- Picked up hourly. StackGo emails the check link and sets the status to Started.
- The client verifies. For an AML check, usually your compliance form first. Then ID photo and selfie on their phone.
- Result on the client. KYC Status, the Verification Link and a file note are added in FYI.
- Full report in StackGo. Document, images and a timeline of the check, with a PDF for your records.

On the client’s Custom Fields tab, turn on KYC Command for a KYC check, or AML Command for an AML check, and save. KYC Status is set to the result and Verification Link opens the check in StackGo. A file note titled with the result is added for each person checked, and with PDF Results Writeback on, the report PDF is filed into FYI.
Does StackGo create clients in FYI?
No. Checks start from clients that are already in FYI.
What does the client have to do?
Open the email from IdentityCheck on their phone, answer a short form if you have set one up, photograph their ID and take a selfie.
How does my team find out the result?
StackGo emails the Notification Email set under Account, Notifications, with the result in the subject line and a link to the full report. The PDF report can be attached if you ask us to turn it on.
