Step 1: Log in to your IdentityCheck account and navigate to the verification page.
Step 2: Search by name or email.
Step 3: The details will auto-complete based on the details in Xero.
Step 4: If you want us to email a verification link to the client select “Yes”. If you select “No”, we’ll provide the verification link to you so you can send it to your Contaxct in another way.
Step 5: The user opens the verification link add takes a picture of their Government-issued ID and a selfie.
Step 6: Optionally, we can screen the Contact for Anti-Money Laundering and criminal background checks using the details we extract from the verified ID.
Step 7: We’ll notify you when an ID check is complete and update the IdentityCheck dashboard where you can access all your previous checks.
