  4. Connect IdentityCheck: Similarly, search for “IdentityCheck” in “Connected Accounts” and follow instructions to link your IdentityCheck account.
  5. Create a Zap: Click “Make a Zap”. Choose Zendesk Sell for the trigger app and select the trigger event, such as “New Lead”.
  6. Action Setup: For the action app, select IdentityCheck and choose an action like “Verify ID”. Map the necessary fields from Zendesk Sell to IdentityCheck.
  7. Test & Activate: Test the Zap to ensure it works correctly. Once verified, turn on your Zap.

  1. Lead Creation: When a new lead is created in Zendesk Sell, the configured Zap triggers an ID verification request to IdentityCheck automatically.
