The integration enables accounting practices using MYOB GreatSoft to initiate identity verifications directly from a client’s record. Using IdentityCheck, clients complete a biometric verification process (selfie and government-issued ID capture) that updates their records in MYOB GreatSoft and notifies administrators of the verification status.

Once these are complete, proceed to request your first verification.
Choose a GreatSoft contact you can test KYC with – e.g. yourself and open the client verifications tab within the client’s record.

is detected, IdentityCheck automatically initiates the verification process.IdentityCheck will read the Contact’s Name and Email address. Optionally, if you have a mobile number we can also read this for text messaging.
You can add your company logo and preferred wording in the KYC email customization settings.
The Contact opens a guided web browser session to take a picture of their Government-issued ID and a selfie.
Update Client Verification Record: Upon successful verification, IdentityCheck updates the client’s record in MYOB GreatSoft with the verification details.
