  • Add your contact details – if people know they can call or email someone, they’re more likely to follow through.
  • Explain why you’re requesting ID – compliance, anti-fraud, onboarding integrity… it matters.
  • Outline how quick and easy it is – most people can complete it in under a minute.
  • Make it clear what’s in it for them – if it unlocks funds, progress, or approvals, say so!

3. Communicate Outside of Email

4. Manually resend the ID Verification link

If the verification session is still active (within the first 7 days) and your client can’t find the original email, you can manually resend the link via any method — email, SMS, WhatsApp, or otherwise.

To do this:

  3. Paste and send it through your chosen communication channel.
