StackGo Sub-Processor List
Effective Date: October 2025
StackGo Pty Ltd engages the following third-party Sub-Processors to support delivery of its services, including IdentityCheck. Each Sub-Processor is contractually bound to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), the EU GDPR, and the UK GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards for international transfers.

Updates: StackGo may add or replace Sub-Processors. Customers will be notified at least 14 days before engagement of any new Sub-Processor via email or in-product notification.
