Accounting & Advisory

The jobs your firm actually does, run inside your practice software.

Every firm onboards and verifies clients. When you provide a designated service, the full AML workflow applies. Here is what that looks like as real, connected workflows.

Where it applies

Relevant to every firm. Deeper when AML applies.

Onboarding and identity verification apply to every client you take on. Screening, assessment and monitoring switch on when you provide a designated service. AML capture sets the depth of the obligation, not whether StackGo is relevant.

Regulatory context

What Accounting & Advisory must do, and where

Australia
RegulationAML/CTF Act 2006, Tranche 2 reforms (in force 1 July 2026)
SupervisorAUSTRAC

Accounting and advisory firms that provide a designated service (forming or restructuring companies and trusts, managing client money, acting as or arranging a trustee, or certain real-property and transaction work) are reporting entities under AUSTRAC. You must enrol, run customer due diligence on clients and their beneficial owners, keep records for seven years, and report suspicious matters. AML regulates the designated service you provide, not the profession.
