Forms & scheduling integrations

The front door of the client lifecycle.

58 systems and tools 58 tools in a workflow

A form submission or a booked meeting is often the very first moment a client exists. It is also the cheapest possible trigger for a compliance workflow — the person has just told you who they are and given you their attention.

StackGo can start intake from that submission, so the identity request goes out while the client is still engaged rather than a week later when they have moved on.

Choosing

What to look for in an intake tool if you are regulated

Do not collect identity documents in a general-purpose form. A form builder is not a secure document store, and a passport scan sitting in a form vendor’s database is a breach waiting to be reported.

Collect the minimum to route. Name, entity type, service required. Enough to decide what checks apply, not enough to be a liability.

Conditional logic. Different services carry different obligations. A form that can branch saves you asking every client everything.

A real handoff. The form should hand off to a purpose-built intake step, not try to be one.
