Communication integrations

Compliance work stalls when nobody knows it is waiting.

139 systems and tools 99 tools in a workflow

Most delay in an onboarding workflow is not processing time — it is the gap between something finishing and someone noticing. A check that returns REFER on Friday afternoon and gets seen on Tuesday has cost three days for no reason.

StackGo can tell the file owner where it happens: a channel, a ticket, an inbox. Exceptions get attention; clean results do not need any.

These play a communication role but live elsewhere. One page per system, no duplicates.

Plus 28 more that play a smaller communication role. Each has its own page in its own category.

Choosing

What to look for in a comms tool if you are regulated

Notify on exceptions, not everything. A channel that pings for every clear result gets muted within a week, and then the referrals get missed too.

Never put the result in the message. "Check complete for Acme Trust" is fine. The screening outcome is not — chat tools are not access-controlled the way a client record is.

Route to a person, not a room. Compliance work needs an owner. A notification into a general channel belongs to nobody.

Keep the record elsewhere. A message is a prompt, not evidence. The audit trail lives on the client record.
