Client onboarding integrations
Not a category — a job that cuts across six of them.
Taking on a client is rarely one system’s problem. The enquiry lands in a form, the relationship sits in a CRM, the engagement letter goes out through a signing tool, the work lands in practice management, and the compliance evidence has to end up somewhere findable.
That is why this page is organised by the job rather than the category. Every system below plays some part in the first mile of a client relationship.
Systems whose home is another category

What good client onboarding looks like when you are regulated
One trigger, not five. If each system starts its own version of onboarding you get five half-finished records. Pick the system that owns the moment a client becomes real, and trigger from there.
Collect once. Clients notice when they are asked for the same document twice, and they judge the firm for it.
Do compliance early, not last. A check that runs after the engagement letter is signed can only produce bad news at an expensive moment.
Make status visible to the relationship owner. The partner needs to know where onboarding stands without asking the compliance person.
