CRM integrations

Compliance that starts where the client relationship starts.

A regulated firm can run any CRM. There is no compliance-specific CRM, and there does not need to be — accountants use HubSpot, law firms use Clio, brokers use Pipedrive, and enterprises use Salesforce.

What matters is that the moment a deal becomes a client, the check starts. StackGo triggers from a pipeline stage or a deal event and writes verification, screening and risk back onto the contact, so the person who owns the relationship can see where compliance stands without asking anyone.

Choosing

What to look for in a CRM if you are regulated

Stage-based triggers. Deal-won is usually the right moment, not first contact. A CRM that can fire a webhook on a stage change gives you the trigger for free.

Custom properties on the contact. You need somewhere for verification status, screening outcome, risk rating and a report link to live. If you are stuck writing into a notes field, the data is not reportable.

People and companies as separate objects. Beneficial ownership is a relationship between a person and an entity. CRMs that only model one flatten exactly the structure you need to evidence.

Who can see what. Screening results are sensitive. A CRM where every user sees every field is a data-handling problem before it is a compliance one.
